Joe Pires

Joe Pires is a businessman who is very innovative and tactical in his everyday business life. As Chairman and/or Managing Director of many companies Joe is multifaceted, versatile and always brainstorming new and creative business ideas. He is the Managing Director of Caribbean Chemicals and Agencies Limited (CCAL), one of the premier regional suppliers of agricultural and industrial chemicals, as well as the chairman of Bowen Boats Limited, Red Cellular Limited and over 30 other businesses. Mr. Pires has served on many boards across varied industries in Trinidad and Tobago including restaurants, alcohol distribution, farming, mobile technology, shipping and manufacturing. He has also served on the Board of the third largest Bank in Trinidad and Tobago, First Citizens Bank as well as a past Vice President of the Junior Achievement Trinidad & Tobago and The Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. He is also quite philanthropic and socially responsible and involved in many other charitable activities.
