Winston Scott

Winston Scott, a native of St. Thomas, Jamaica. Winston is an Agronomist and has been working with Caribbean Chemicals & Agencies Limited in Trinidad & Tobago since August 2013. In 2015, when Caribbean Chemicals & Agencies Limited acquired Ag Chem Plant Limited in Jamaica, Winston moved back to his homeland and started his stint with Ag Chem as a Product Development Agronomist then transitioned to the position of the Export Business Development Coordinator servicing the entire Caribbean.

Winston holds a Masters of Science Degree in Tropical Crop Protection, a Bachelors of Science Degree in General Agriculture and an Associate of Science Degree in Agricultural Science from UWI St. Augustine & College of Agriculture Science & Education respectively.

Winston has a drive to succeed and is motivated to deliver outstanding results in completing his task. He has a wealth of Agronomic knowledge and with that said can be classified as Caribbean Chemicals (Jamaica)’s Plant Doctor.

Krystal Cruickshank

Krystal has been employed at Caribbean Chemicals Jamaica since October 2020.

Before working at Caribbean Chemicals Jamaica, she worked 3 years in an agricultural equipment organization where she solicited sales for different agricultural tools and equipment along with training individuals on the proper uses of said tools.

She describes herself as being dedicated, self driven, hardworking, one who always welcomes a challenge. She is an honest person who doesn’t believe in misleading people and she try to be fair in everything she does.

Krystal is very passionate about her work, she is also passionate about helping people. In her spare time she enjoys playing video games, catching up on her favourite TV shows and reading a good book. She is currently reading “A man named Dave” which is the last of the trilogy series by David Pelzer.

Olaudah Shaw

In his pursuit to become an Agronomist, Olaudah began his education journey at Knockalva Agricultural School where he studied general Agriculture. After Knockalva he went to CASE where he received a Diploma in Agriculture and continued further education at the Montego Bay Community College, where he received an Associate of Science Degree in Agricultural Technology. He also holds a BSc. in Plant Science from CASE.

He taught at Mount Peto Primary School, then to take up a Management position at a prominent Agricultural company in Kingston. He then joined the AG Chem team in May 2018.

Olauda’s hobbies are singing, socializing, discussing current affairs, imparting knowledge on agriculture, working out at the Gym, Cricket and Travelling. He describes himself as being a Good team player, he has the ability to adjust to any situation and he gets along well with people.

Patrick Kenyon

Patrick Kenyon’s passion for farming began at an early age as he grew up in the farming community of Golden Grove in St. Ann, Jamaica. He hails from a family of farmers, his father, mother and Aunt were farmers. Patrick continued the family tradition by becoming an Agronomist. His journey started at College of Agriculture Science & Education (CASE) where he pursued an Associate Degree in General Agriculture. He then went on to complete a Certificate Course in Fertilizer Application and Demonstration and also Greenhouse Technology

at the South China Agricultural University. He also did a course in Greenhouse Vegetable Production at the San Pedro Tlaquepaque (Mexico).
Patrick’s quest for knowledge in the agricultural field continued at the Centre of Leadership in Agriculture in Costa Rica where he did a training course in Agricultural Technology. Finally, he completed a Certificate course in Mealybug and Scale Insect Identification at the University of the West Indies.

A well rounded individual, Patrick enjoys playing football, he loves music and being a disc Jockey. Patrick sees himself as a good team leader, good communicator and one who possesses good people skills.

His work experience includes Christian Leaf (LLC), Connecticut USA – Team Leader, Intergro Greenhouse NY (2018-2019) Trainer/Grower. January 2020 he Joined the team at Ag Chem Plant Ltd.

Sharmane Walker-Robinson

Sharmane Walker-Robinson has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in the agricultural industry where she worked as an Horticulturist, Customer Service Officer and Customer Service Supervisor throughout her career.

Sharmane holds an Associate of Science Degree in General Agriculture and a Teaching Diploma in Secondary Education from the College of Agriculture Science and Education (CASE). After a short time in the classroom she decided to leave as her passion to meet people and travel were not being realized. Sharmane started working at Caribbean Chemicals (Jamaica) Ltd. December 2016 in the position of Telesales Representative and In January 2019 she was promoted to the position of Technical Sales Agronomist. Always going the extra mile for her customers.

Andre Rance

Andre joined the Caribbean Chemical Jamaica team in May 2018. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and also an Associate of Science Degree in General Agriculture. Andre has over fifteen (15) years experience in the Agricultural field.

He enjoys listening to music and playing football, and is an ardent Chelsea fan. He describes himself as being very charismatic. His favourite pet is a dog.

Andre is the Technical Sales Agronomist for the South Western Region which includes St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland.
